Stuffed Christophines recipe

Ingredients
- 2 christophines
- 100 g of smoked bacon
- 1 tbsp of heavy cream
- 2 sprigs of chives Sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small vegetarian pepper
- 1 sprig of thyme, stripped of leaves
- 1 small handful of grated cheese
- Salt and pepper

We begin...
- Cut the christophines in half and place them on a plate, skin side up. Microwave for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on power). Gently remove the pulp from the christophines, keeping the shells. Let drain in a colander for 5 minutes if necessary...
We blend
- Chop the herbs and combine them in a bowl with the bacon bits. Cook for 3 minutes in the microwave.
